Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LogicWiz Learning, Exams, and Interviews platforms operated by LogicWiz Private Limited (CIN U62013KA2026PTC222604) (“LogicWiz”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

LogicWiz provides software for online learning, examinations and certification, and structured hiring interviews. Specific features available to you depend on your plan and the configuration set by your organization. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
• You may not misuse the service, including attempting to breach security, disrupt integrity/proctoring controls, scrape data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• You may not upload content you do not have the rights to, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Organizations are responsible for the lawful basis and consents required to invite candidates/employees and to enable proctoring on their sessions.

You (and your organization) retain ownership of the content you submit, exams, questions, submissions, scorecards, and results. You grant LogicWiz the limited licence needed to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service. LogicWiz retains all rights in the platform software itself.

Certificates issued through Exams carry a cryptographic hash and a public verification URL. You must not forge, tamper with, or misrepresent certificates or exam/interview results. Integrity signals (proctoring, anti-cheat) are provided as decision-support; the issuing institution or employer remains responsible for final outcomes.

Pricing for institutional and company plans is provided on request and sized to your usage. Where a paid plan applies, fees, taxes (including GST where applicable), and the billing period are set out at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the period already served. To discuss pricing, use the contact form.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and support terms may be described in a separate agreement for institutional customers. Contact support@logicwiz.ai for support.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. LogicWiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at our registered office having jurisdiction, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email support@logicwiz.ai.
