Is the LogicWiz GenAI Course Really Free? What Costs Nothing and What Doesn't

Yes. The LogicWiz GenAI course is completely free. Every lesson in every chapter, the code labs that run in your browser and the built-in AI tutor cost nothing, and we never ask for a card. The early chapters open without an account. Later chapters need a free account. Two extras sit outside the course: a certification exam, which is also free, and live doubt sessions with a tutor, which cost ₹99 a session and are optional.

I am spelling out the detail below because AI courses use the word "free" loosely, and you should be able to check exactly what it covers here.

What is free

  • Every lesson, from Python basics to RAG, agents, LangGraph, multi-agent systems and MCP.
  • A hands-on lab on most lessons, running in a notebook in your browser, so you do not install anything.
  • An AI tutor you can ask while you are stuck on a lesson.
  • The certification exam, LogicWiz Certified GenAI Practitioner: 60 multiple-choice questions, 75 minutes, 70% to pass. Passing gives a certificate anyone can verify.

What needs an account

You can read and run the early chapters without signing in. For the later chapters you create a free account so the course can save your progress. It takes an email address and no card, either at sign-up or later.

The exam opens on LogicWiz Exams, which has its own sign-in.

What costs money

The live doubt session is the one paid thing. If you want a person to look at your code or explain a concept on a call, you can book a tutor for ₹99 a session. The lessons and the AI tutor do not depend on it, and nothing in the course is locked behind it.

Who this is for

You write a little Python, or you are willing to start from the first lesson, which covers variables, types and f-strings. You want to build an assistant yourself. Across the course you build one assistant called Nova: first a Python program, then RAG over a document set, then a team of agents with LangGraph, then MCP tools.

It is probably not for you if you want a recorded lecture series. The lessons are animated explanations followed by a lab.

To see the shape of the course before you sign up, learn Python for AI in your browser shows what a lab looks like, and the AI agents roadmap shows where it leads.

Common questions

Do I need a GPU? No. The labs run in your browser.

Is there a catch in the later chapters? The free account, and nothing else.

Can I stop and come back? With an account, your progress is saved.

Who runs it? LogicWiz, a company based in Bengaluru, India. See the About page.

You can start at logicwiz.ai/genai. The first lesson opens straight away.
